This baoli was built by Bhai rulers of Kaithal State for the use of the general public. Popularly known as Bhai ki Baoli, it is located near the Government Hospital in the town of Kaithal. The structure is composed of lakhori bricks with lime-surkhi. The step well is three storeyed high with water tank the lowest level. It is approached by descending flight of steps leading down-wards to the well. The walls on the either side of the steps are embellished with blind arches.
